Every third Saturday of the month, the Utah Museum of Fine Arts has a free art program for children. That's this Saturday, Feb. 20! Children can enjoy a Chinese New Year celebration and make paper lanterns from 2-4 p.m. Admission to the entire museum is free as well the entire day.
