I was so excited about this one...I did exactly what you instructed. Created an account, selected the 12 month calendar, uploaded and designed the layout, etc. Then at checkout I entered "mallcalendar" as the promo code and it says "The entered coupon code is invalid. Please try another one." Was this offer good for only a limited time? Is there any other code? Thanks.
