Have you heard about the Ready! Set! School! initiative? The program is designed to help parents make sure their preschoolers are well-prepared to enter kindergarten. The nonprofit is staging an informational event at the Discovery Gateway children's museum on Saturday, August 22. Parents can learn about preparing preschoolers for kindergarten, and children can see a baby kangaroo, watch a magic show and science demonstration and play in the museum.
