Went shopping tonight and found a few things;

Albertsons has LOreal mascaras and eyeliners clearanced to $4.24 and some $3.99 Plus they're 25% off this week.
Use LOreal Mascara, Eye Shadow or Eyeliner, any $1/1 (9-6-09) SS-6/14
OR LOreal Eye Product, any $1/1 (11-8-09) RP-8/16
Use doublers. Makes the $4.24 cosmetics $1.18 a piece before tax and the $3.99 ones a $1.01. Cheap! And just in time. I was down to nothing!

Also Walgreens has Clearanced Colgate and Crest toothpaste down to .37 & .49
