Sorry for not getting this up sooner, I hope you'll understand, though, Anyway, according to Char, one of my readers, Old Navy was NEVER offering up the $1 Flag Shirts! Char called corporate and they told her it was an Internet Rumor, so it looks like NO stores will be offering $1 Flag Tees!
